Hamid Khan said that Imran Khan sent Shah Mahmood Qureshi to persuade him after the issues he raised popped up. However, he asked Imran to start the journey again from where it had halted.
Hamid Khan, one of the PTI’s founding members, accused Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, the PTI’s former information minister, alleging that he was planted to harm Imran Khan and PTI.
In an interview with a private TV channel we said that Aleem Khan and Jahangir Tareen had stabbed Imran Khan in the back.
Hamid said that it was the inclusion of Jahangir Tareen and Aleem Khan in the PTI and the filing of reference against Justice Qazi Faiz Isa that led to his clash with Imran.
“Imran Khan knew from the beginning that Aleem Khan and Jahangir Khan wanted to take control of the party,” he said.
Hamid said that Jahangir Tareen and Aleem Khan had a big part in ousting the Imran Khan government earlier this year.
Imran Khan said that it turned out that his concerns and words about Jahangir Tareen, Aleem Khan, and Justice Qazi Faiz Isa were justified after the reference against one of these judges was made.
Hamid Khan said Imran Khan asked Shah Mahmood Qureshi to re-start the journey after the issues he brought out. However, he requested Imran to restart the trip where it had stopped.
